Export PDF from Adobe InDesign

I work as consultant for a company that used to distribute to its clients a magazine about news and marketing information.
The magazine is created with Adobe Indesign and we used to send the magazine via email in a PDF format.
In Adobe Indesign is very easy to export in PDF :

  1. first of all you have to create a style for you pdf
  2. go to File > PDF Export Presets and select an option from the list (eBook, Screen, Print, Press, PDF, Acrobat 6 Layered)
  3. now you're ready to choose File > Export  and save your document

If you want you can create a new preset in Indesign under File > PDF Export Presets > Define.
A dialog box window open, where you can choose the name of your preset and all its settings. Your customized preset will now be added to the menu list (File > PDF Export Presets ).

Too easy but very powerful !
