Israel: 3G users reach 500,000 mark
Pelephone will report tomorrow that it passed the 180,000 customer mark for its third generation (3G) services at the end of October, TheMarker has learned. Yesterday, Partner reported that it had 219,000 3G subscribers at the end of the third quarter of 2006. The company estimates that since then, it has added another 12,000 customers to its advanced network services, and now has reached over 230,000.
