Belair: Off Shore Mesh

BelAir Networks today announced that Citymesh nv, a wireless solutions provider headquartered in Belgium, has standardized on BelAir’s mesh network solutions.

Citymesh specializes in building large-scale wireless broadband networks. They have already deployed many wireless networks including city coverage, leisure parks, and off-shore deployments.

At the OTC 2008 conference in Houston, Citymesh has a presentation on the use of wireless mesh networks in off-shore applications. ‘Offshore Communication Mesh Networks’ will take place on Wednesday, May 7 at the offshore industry event to discuss common issues of ocean resource development.

BelAir Networks has more than 450 deployments worldwide, including Beaverton, Oregon Minneapolis, London and Toronto as well as high-profile venues such as Lincoln Center in New York and Dolphin Stadium in Miami as well as in mission-critical Defense applications including the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston.
